Where does your order ship to?

Shipping/delivery to shipping address you provide on your order. Alternatively, you can organise for your order to be picked up from our office at Keilor Park VIC warehouse.

All orders are delivered through Couriers Please or Australia Post’s eParcel and will require a signature upon delivery. 

How can I track my order?

Please locate your tracking number from the delivery confirmation email or by logging into your account. Once tracking number is located, please visit the appropriate carrier below:

I haven't received my order.

Please allow some time for the Couriers Please or Australia Post website to reflect the status of the order. This could take a few hours after you receive the delivery confirmation email. 

When can I expect my order?

Arcare residence location and order status will impact on the speediness we can get your order to you. Provided all items are in stock, delivery lead times are as follows:

  • NSW, VIC, QLD  metro areas 14 business days.

Can I pick up my order?

Any order can be collected from our Keilor Park VIC warehouse and, of course, at no charge. Orders consisting of non-bulky goods can be transferred to one of our showrooms for pickup, also at no charge. Please note that we do not carry stock at showroom for you to take home. If you would like to have your order transferred to a showroom for pickup, this will need to be pre-arranged when you make your purchase online through our store pick up option at checkout. Not all showrooms can accommodate large or bulky goods for pick-up at this time.
